If you waive your rights, please sign the form attached in this link (Instructions for Paying Traffic Fines and Cost) and send it with your payment made payable to Marion Municipal Court. Please note that the a waiver of rights is outlined as follows: I, the undersigned do hereby enter my appearance on the complaint of the offense charged and cited. I have been informed of my rights and voluntarily waive my rights. My signature to the plea of guilty is voluntary and will have the same effect as a judgement of court, and a record will be sent to the Driver's License Division of Public Safety of my state. I do hereby plead guilty and waive my rights to a trial.
